Musée Le Secq des Tournelles
During a recent Brass Band Trip to Rouen (Iron Maid plays the Trombone) we visited the “Musee Le Secq des Tornelles. Unfortunately as we were only in Rouen for a short time and we had to wait for the museum to open after lunch, we only had an hour. As we rushed from one exceptional piece to the next, with no time to visit anything but the ground floor, the certain thing was that another visit was needed.

Thank you for my first blacksmithery day
I recently had the opportunity to have a blacksmithing day with you and I just wanted to write to say I had a great day and hope to have another go soon as I can. I found the whole experiencing absolutely fascinating and thoroughly enjoyed making my ladle, hook, and iron bracelet. Thank you!
I am making sure everybody I know is aware that you do these days, be assured I will nag them.
I have attached a photograph I took, all my other ones were a bit shaky, probably all the hammering left me reverberating.

Hot Benching Copper Leaf
Just had a fun day with Jenny hot benching in the forge. She works in copper and produces these wonderful looking leaves for the garden. She came along to use the forge heat and tools, and we look forward to seeing her soon.
Loseley Park Garden Show
Little Duck Forge attended the Loseley Park Garden Show with the traveling forge and gave a number of demonstrations which were enthusiastically watched. The show was a great success in a superb setting and we met a lot of interesting people and exhibitors.
South Downs Wood Fair
Little Duck Forge was at the South Downs Wood Fair with the mobile forge. We met some very nice people and were pleased to receive the pictures and comments from Peter below. There were some other Blacksmiths and it was great to see their traveling forges and demonstrations.
Hello Lucille
Just had to say another great big thanks to you for toiling in the baking sunshine (As in picture) to make a leaf key ring for me.
It will always remind me of a happy time spent at the Little Duck Forge with the first Lady Smith that I have ever met.
Have looked at the L D Forge website and was impressed.
Best wishes,
Peter
